本所成為全球豬瘟參考實驗室意義非凡

    本所於本(85)屆世界動物衛生組織(OIE)年會中獲得豬瘟參考實驗室認可,其中實驗室專家為張家宜博士。本所研究豬瘟已有多年歷史,早期成功研發兔化豬瘟疫苗,有效控制我國豬瘟疫情,至今已逾10年未發生疫情,對於穩定養豬產業發展貢獻卓著,如今更獲得OIE認證,成為繼德國、英國、波蘭、加拿大及日本後,全球豬瘟參考實驗室之一。參考實驗室負責專家張博士自進入本所服務,即致力於豬瘟研究,更以本病為專題取得博士學位,在國內外頂尖科學期刊已發表十餘篇論文,並多次參與國內外研討會發表研究心得,優異研究成果深獲相關領域學者的肯定。如今我國成為世界豬瘟參考實驗室網絡的一員,顯示我國對於豬瘟研究的努力已獲得國際認同,研究水準與全球頂尖實驗室並駕齊驅。
